Umon
Umon enjoying his retirement with his family.
Umon was a wonderful ambassador for the breed and the years that we spent with him were truly a joy. A testament to his breeding came when an unscrupulous breeder, during a breed seminar tried to cast aspersions on his health, namely that he had eye problems. Having worked very hard on securing a reputation as health concious breeders we immediately made an appointment for Umon, who was eight by this time and his son to go to the eye clinic to be tested and I am happy to say they were both clear with a comment from the examiner to say that Umon’s eyes were as good as a dog half his age. I would Like to thank Patrick for allowing us our time with Umon, he will be sorely missed.
